With a heavy heart, Jeb aka Jeremiah one of the 5 guys that answer the phones every day today was his last day.
Like the rest of the guys, I've heard many compliments about him on the tech line.
Jeb has been with me for about 10 years and is a dear friend.
He gave his notice about a month ago and said would leave after the new guy was trained.
The only thing I will say is he's not going to another place to work and he had no choice but to leave, but I understand and agree with his decision.
Just thought you guys would want to know.

I understand how you feel.
Back in the mid 1980s a fellow bible student and I started a construction business. We employed a number of students from our school and the business was doing well. He ended up running one crew while I ran the other and took car of the finances.
Soon I started getting complaints from the employees working for my partner. He was showing up more than an hour late in the mornings and of course he had many of the necessary tools in his truck, so the guys were standing around drinking coffee until he got there. Other times he would leave and not come back so there was no one to answer questions or give direction.
When I spoke to him about it, he hung his head and decided it was time for him to give up his share of the business. I know there were marital problems and personal issues involved but seeing him leave wasn't a pleasant time for any of us.
