A100 Twins

Plan on getting it on it wheels and in the garage Thursday night as a storm is coming Friday. Need to get everything I can that is easier done on its side. All mocked up. What an idiot. I blasted and painted the clutch, not the brake pedal. Since it’s going to be an auto that was a waste of time a few months ago. Blasted and painted the brake pedal.

Axles restored and assembled. Original cylinders rebuilt, new bushings, new tie rod ends, rear axle resealed…… The 130lb weight is back in. Tomorrow finish cutting and buffing where the rotisserie makes it easier then on the wheels and in the garage it goes! Great Christmas present to myself.

How do you like the rip cut? I've been using the ceram-x with the blue csi wool and red foam pads for years. I've never tried the rip cut

How does it compare to the ceram-x? Does it cut faster? It's quite a bit cheaper than the ceram-x

Honestly, I haven’t spent a lot of time thinking about it. I’ve sort of changed two things at once. I started using the guide coat to cut, which took out all the scratches before I even start buffing which in the past never happened. I’m not sure if it’s helping me or not.

Looks great, Jim.

I started using the Dry Guide coat when cutting and buffing a few projects back. Makes it soooo much easier to get all the scratches out before buffing. And ditto on the rotisserie.
