Any CC Activator in Base Coat?

For anyone familiar with the SPI base coats ... I hope to shoot SPI red base in the morning and was looking over my SPI activator supply and the tech sheet and came away a bit confused. Tech info says ANY activator in the base. Does that mean ANY regardless of shop temp? My supply has both slow (for the clear coat) and normal (part # 4001-4). Am I ok to use the normal activator in the base coat? Temp is 80-85 in my garage shop.

This is my first experience with shooting an SPI base coat.
 
You can use any temp in the base. I had the same question a couple week ago and mr barry said it was so little activator that the temp didn't matter. I used normal activator with medium stabilizer and didn't have any problems.I was using a different base but I don't think it will cause any problems.
