A light gray colored bedliner floor covering would really dress up my old concrete floor .

Can I apply bedliner over the concrete floor in my garage and have it hold up?


I have epoxied other concrete floors and etched the floors with muriatic acid before coating, is this acceptable in this application too?

If not what is the proper prep if you can recommend using bedliner in this application would be appreciated.

I did my wifes garage in 2000, cleaned floor with purple power and next day rolled the gray epoxy. (2 gallon kits 24x24)
Left it for about 8 years and I just plain had enough of when, I had dress shoes on and a little water, land with wrong side up.
So in 2008 I cleaned the bed-liner again with purple power and added some walnut power to the bed-liner and it it again before I killed myself.

Will it hold up-yes
Does it dress it up- yes
Can it stain from hot tires and rain-yes.
Does it look awful when dirty-yes.
Wife mops it about once a month or I should say scrubs it.

I have mixed emotions on this deal but wife likes it.

Confused me. Did you originally use epoxy, then coat it with bedliner, or bedliner from the start?
