I'll tell you what I'm doing and if you would please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
I'm laying the sealer coat with the reduced epoxy.
My air compressor is at 120 psi, it want go any higher.
I have a 25' hose with a devilbiss desiccant snake.
So I have 120 psi at the tank, at the gun it regulated at 20 psi. The gun is only rated for 20 psi.
I'm a beginner so take it easy on me. From my understanding I have two choice one or two coats of the sealer primer, I'm going with two.
To me that means I'm suppose to have the tank completely covered in once over, not spray one coat and come back over it to cover the areas that didn't get wet like I do when I use aerosol.
To do this I have to move my gun slow, but then it begins to run. So if I do it faster it doesn't run but it seems slightly clumpy and it will take more coats just to finish that one coat. Also every time I spray it seem to look like what people call orange peel.
I'm guessing that the paint is not atomizing?
I need help bad!
