I mostly do collision work, with the occasional customer pay job. Since collision work isn't as nice or glamorous as some of the projects posted here; I thought I'd post a few pictures of the latest customer pay job I'm almost finished with.
Thinking about doing a larger thread if anyone is interested in it.
This started out life as a border patrol vehicle, and has went through a few people before the latest owner bought it in Oregon and brought it back to Wisconsin.
Repairs involved some rust work, filling various
holes from antennas, and normal wear and tear that comes with a vehicle that's almost 25 years old.
I used Dean's black diamond blocks which worked awesome sanding this behemoth!
I used euro clear and white epoxy on it from my jobber, Randy at RenewAP. Colors are Ford DX dark blue pearl, YZ Oxford white and a midcoat of SPI intercoat mixed with crystal silver pearl over the white. Two tone edges are buried in the clear.
