Body Fill Question

Hello,
Is there a reason you would not want to scuff epoxy even though you are under the 7 day window to apply body filler? Just wondering if it is best practice to always sand the epoxy before body filler.
Thanks.

Barry has said there is no need to sand as long as it's within the window. I have never seen the need to as filler over epoxy within the window always feathers out perfectly. And the feather edge won't lift if you try scratching it which indicates a strong bond. If it makes you feel better then go for it, but in reality there is no need.
