Can I use an airbrush for small touch up spots?

Depends on the color. If metallic it can be tough. It’s a very different spray pattern with an airbrush.
 
I'd be careful using an Airbrush. Once you start, and if you're not paying attention, the next thing you know there is a big breasted, half naked woman on your hood.

Another than that, I don't see why not.

ummm.............maybe i need to learn how to do this? seems the only way that may happen for me........or the cheapest lol.
