Can i use SPI primer over top another epoxy primer?

My car had some work done before I got it. I has a epoxy primer in some areas already. Is it a problem to scuff the areas up and apply SPI over top? I will unavoidably have some overlap in areas and just want to make sure.

That should be fine unless you suspect something is wrong with the existing primer. Try and wipe it off with reducer, and if it doesn't melt, you are most likely good to go!

Your question is only about primer, but after reading your other post about removing the roof skin it makes me wonder why you wouldn't want to know how that previous body work was done and if its acceptable.
