Didn't induce enough epoxy, do I need to wait to apply the second coat?

I had some more gun issues too, so it dripped on the car in a few spots. Instead of rushing another batch of epoxy to get the second coat right on, I just finished the first coat as best I could, last night around 8 ish, waited until this morning to sand down the drops. I did induce a another batch last night as well as fix the gun, so I'm ready to paint. Do I need to wait? or can I put it on this morning, well early afternoon now...

Not a Pro Here... but I know you can go ahead and shoot your next coat now if you choose. I will caution you that sanding out the drips doesn't get easier from my experience. So now I try to knock things back flat before adding more.
