Does hardner and stablizer in base have to be the same temp?

I'm repainting the front bumper of my 2011 equinox ,I painted it last year after a wreck with p30 primer, ultra 7000 base and 930 speed clear and the rock chips are awful. My question is since I have a medium stabilizer for the base and a slow activator for spi universal clear will it cause a problem or do I need to get a slow stabilizer to be the same as the activator. I do have a normal activator for the universal but I don't know the exact temp range.

RHF75 should be perfect for that. You'll want to add an additional 3% clear activator to the base for maximum chip resistance, which is almost exactly 1 ounce per ready to spray quart. SPI activator is OK for this purpose.

If you are using BCS, use 6% activator.

You are using so little activator it makes no difference what speed activator you use.
One week I was painting a year or two ago coldest day was 101, I used fast activator #4002, throughout the base job because I wanted to get rid of the fast activator I had laying in the garage before it went bad.
