Enough UV Clear left over...

I have 2/3's of a gallon of UV Clear left, is that enough to spray two more coats on my 69 Charger? These would be flow coats I suppose. I plan to buff/polish it out and see how it looks, but if I can't get it to shine like I want then I may consider rolling it outside and spraying it when the temps allow... IF the temps allow, sometime before I deploy. Thoughts?

2/3 of a gallon.. Means you have that much activator as well,. so you have more than enough.. That means you have over a spryable gallon without reduction.

Sorry for not clarifying, that is the total sprayable amount including activator when I mix it all together.

It sounds like you are surrendering to the wet sanding process. Are there some areas that you are happy with, or are you respraying the whole thing? What are your plans on sanding and prep before you flow coat?

Lol, I haven't surrendered yet. I am going to spray the sail panels where I sanded through on one side and decided to just do both since it would be a PITA to polish them out with the dewalt ...BUT, if it doesn't look good after I polish it, then I may say f-it and respray the entire thing. I guess the positive is that there is no bugs out to worry about getting into the clear.

I don't think that'll be enough clear for two complete coats. I would bet it will take at least 2 quarts sprayable per coat to make it around the car.

Thanks Bob. Guess I'll sideline that idea, if necessary, until I get back.
