i think if the filler sands it can be epoxied. i waited over night but probably didnt have to.

45 minutes to an hour before spraying primer is minimum . My personal preference is to wait a day unless temps are in the mid 80's or low 90's. Remember, cooler days and high dew points have longer cure times for filler. So waiting a day is reassurance the filler has cured.
