Epozy wont stick

I don't understand this "Naval Jelly" thing. I know that the different branches of the military have different ways, but does the Navy really have it's own jelly or does this stuff come from people's belly buttons?

Ha, ha. Believe or not my little sister saw a bottle of Naval Jelly sitting on the counter and rubbed it on her belly button - had to take her to the doctor for severe chemical burns. I had forgotten about that until you brought it up. Must have been 45 years ago.
