Factory Peel

I have been working on spraying my clear as slick as I can recently and have gotten pretty good at it. I usually do all overs so I want it as slick as possible before I cut and buff. However, I had to paint a fender for a fellow teachers car and it has proven to be tough. My clear was way too slick to match the factor paint and stood out. I had to reshoot it again because of a color issue, and tried to duplicate the peel the second time with marginal success. It doesnt stand out as bad, but it is tough to make yourself peel the clear. So, is there a trick to get that factory peel with Euro?

one thin slick coat, allow it to tack up, then one somewhat dry coat, allow it to tack up, then one thin wet coat. Play around with your gun settings also-you can also get peel from poor atomization. Solid content of the clear will change up your technique.
