Guide coat question

I am using SEM #38203 sprayable guide coat. I am spraying a very light mist. After blocking I have some low spots that I need to add more body filler. Do I need to sand the guide coat out of the low spots before I add the filler or just add filler over the guide coat? As I said it is a very light mist. I have been sanding it out but I figured I need to ask the pro's. I might be able to save a step. Thanks
 
Sand it off, it all needs to come off before appying fillers or primers, a scotchbrite will work for the tight areas.
