Hail ding and sanding scratches

Well, I did all my filler work over 2 coats of epoxy, had lots of sand throughs and after I recoated with another coat of epoxy, I realized my 80 sanding marks showed through, and I missed ONE hail ding (very tiny). Before 2K, do I need to sand the epoxy, or will 3 coats of 2K cover the scratches and ding? The sanding scratches are very light

Also, the places where I applied filler show like a "ghost" image, normal?

Primer will take care of the 80 grit and may fill the missed spot but all depends how deep the spot is.

Barry,
The spot is VERY tiny, probably hail damage. Would you recommend filling it with glaze before shooting the 2k? I'm just afraid of another sand through

Fill the ding. It's only by accident that we rely on primer to do such a thing, unless it's poly primer.

Thank you. I ended up filling the ding, and actually managed to block the repair without sanding thru to metal! I do feel better about doing it this way.
