high flow regulator for compressor out.

I'm looking for a good high flow regulator for the out side of my compressor, I had a cheapie but it won't keep up with the DA and spray gun volume, any suggestions?

are you sure it's a regulator problem and not the compressor?

regulators are available in a whole range of cfm flow. the one on mine is good up to 200cfm. i dont recall where i got it. you can dig around ebay a bit. if you dont mind paying and just need it then there is always mcmaster-carr. generally if you get one with 1/2 or 3/4" threads then its a pretty safe bet its gonna give you full flow of the compressor.

Excellent. Yes I am fairly certain its a regulator issue, I'm running a type 30 style compressor in tandem with a big box store unit. My DA especially would wind down fairly quickly when fired up, when I just plumbed around the regulator the problem went away.
