K KevinH Member Apr 3, 2013 #1 Can a little bit of HoK basecoat be put in the HoK pinstriping emamel to tint it a little. I have a rich gold that I need to make just a tad lighter, not much. Thought about adding just a little white. THANKS!

Jim C Oldtimer Apr 9, 2013 #2 sorry for the late reply but yes. hok striping paint is urethane and just a thick, slow flashing basecoat. you can use basecoat to tint it.
