How safe is it to spray with hardware store heat lamps?

its almost freezing in my garage. how safe is it to spray with hardware store bought heat lamps... like the kind you would use in your bathroom. they are enclosed with no open filaments. i dont think they can flash overspray and fumes but id like to get some opinions.

Like any lamp the potential for a problem if running while spraying is there.

Only safe way to use one is for preheating and after painting for curing once fumes are gone.

Only risk I can think of is if one were to get knocked over and break, that could cause an ignition spark.
