I don't feel so bad.

I have the same problem on my 2015 Mazda 6. It's painted their fancy red color. I didn't notice it when I bought it (used) and was all pissed off that the dealership or someone, in trying to clean the car, messed it up. Then I checked out another Mazda 6 in the same paint color...same problem. I felt better after that, but it still draws my eye every time.
Now that I've painted (even a first-time rookie), I'm very sensitive to that sort of stuff.

There are lots of cars at the factory that get resprayed due to a scratch or other imperfection.
Some get redone several times, and some never get done right.
I have a friend that use to paint at Ford, he was always telling me of bad paint
leaving the factory that he and I would never let go out of our shops.

I had one vehicle that needed a rear bumper and quarter. after spraying everything and putting it back together the bumper was a different shade. Thinking that mabey there needed to be more color put on the new bumper I took it off and had the painter re-spray it and when put back together it still looked a shade off. Had me shaking my head the only thing I could come up with is the difference in the angle must be just enough that it looked slightly off.
Look at any new Camaro and the Qtrs. look different then the doors especially Silver, shows up like a sore thumb.

that looks like they need to adjust the robot to get better coverage but the Manuf. don't care in the least and 90% of the retarded public don't either and never see it until we have to fix some damage then we had better be spot on cause they know the car and it never looked that way or fit that way when they bought it.

The Camaro is due to the panel angles. Chevy had to send an explanation letter to dealers to show to customer's that questioned the difference.

I also had a 2020 Impala that had sanding scratches as if they were denibbing at the factory. Dealer said he sees that often.

I've seen small defect removal telltales in factory jobs. The stuff we see, average people simply have no clue. But that said, I have never seen a bumper as bad as in the OP's photo. That thing must have a story to tell. My guess is that they are farming more of that stuff out to low-bid subcontractors, but that is pure speculation.

Large volume Chevy/Lexus Dealer next door to my shop routinely has the mobile guys over to do work. They set up outside under pop-up tents in a grass clearing near their lot. This is out doors in the cold, heat, rain all year. I don't know how they do it, but I know they work cheap. Never took the time to see their work or take a walk over and talk. I guess its buyer beware even on a brand new dealer car. Public doesn't have a clue.
I've seen other so called repairs, touch ups bumper repaints etc. at a friends body shop that were done by various mobile operations that were flat out bad. The cars is there to get some more major damage fixed and they often try to get him to "throw in" fixing the previous hack stuff along with the insurance work. He of course refuses unless they are willing to pay the extra.
