I’m the odd duck. I usually spray mine around 20 psi at the gun trigger pulled. I have high flow fittings, diaphragm regulator, and all that jazz. Base I spray a hair lower. I spray close with tight overlaps. And it makes me feel like I’m going fast like with my sagola cause my arm is moving fast…except I’m much closer with tighter overlaps lol. Works for me. I try and keep overspray to a minimum.I've used my 300 a couple times in the past days and am using the psi that's recommended on the cap (18psi). Really happy with the results. I've had issues with my 400 not spraying right and thought it was my air line set up. Next larger job, I'm going to try the recommended pressure. I think the 26 psi may have been blowing the fan into distortion.
I just posted an Iwata video. The set up is interesting.I’m the odd duck. I usually spray mine around 20 psi at the gun trigger pulled.
