Is this going to cause problems?

I blasted these bedsides several months ago, and put two coats of epoxy on them. Over the past few months, I've blocked them with 80, then 180 to smooth them out. Yesterday, I hit them with another three coats of epoxy. My question is the places that were pitted. I don't know if you can see in the pic, but they are about "BB" size. I used a scotch brite pad in the larger areas, but I didn't sand in the "pits". My plan was to use a little filler this afternoon to cover them, but is this going to cause problems? I guess I'm wondering if I'm going to have an adhesion issue where I didn't sand.

If the epoxy was fully cured the surface should have been scuffed/sanded before recoating. I'd bet you won't have problems if those small spots weren't scuffed but if you're worried just sand down those areas into the 1st layer and put your filler on-no big deal.

Thanks so much guys. I let it set out in the sun all afternoon to be sure it is ready. I'm going to get started with my filler. I just had visions of that little BB of filler popping loose a couple of years from now! Also, it's great to have a forum that answers all your questions at a moment's notice! Thanks again.
