Kameleon over epoxy sealer

Hi would like to know if I can spray Magnta Kameleon over SPI black sealer or do I have to spray a black base coat?
 
You would normally apply either a black or silver groundcoat after sealer. Personally I would not use the epoxy sealer as your ground coat. Black base or silver depending on what I was doing. It may be OK, I just don't have experience doing it.

I'm assuming you are using HOK? What do they recommend?

Thx for your advice, much appreciated. Actually using Paint with Pearl. Have had great success with their pearls.
