Have a quart of the xspearemtal color . It’s sikkens autobase plus . Wonder if I could do a spray out and get it matched in another paint line. This stuff is 1000 a gallon now. thinking about trying some automotive art base.

It’s an awesome color. I would send a couple of spray outs to Chad to see what he can do. One base and one cleared base.

that looks really close to the cascade green 1960 GM color i am using on my car. i bought it in lesonal brand for $900 , 2 gallons of paint and 1 gallon of reducer. it mixes 2:1 for 3 sprayable gallons. i believe lesonal is a lower line of akzo nobel. correct me if im wrong.

that picture is in direct sun, the color really pops in the sun, here is the same color, in a more matte finish, mixed with raptor. i could take more pictures in different lighting if you are interested.

definitley similar. we sprayed sikkens autobase plus at work it is great paint for sure. ive noticed the kindig color has a wild flop to it. almost turns silver in the right light
It could be achieved using dry pearls and intercoat clear but that is jumping off into a whole new realm of painting

I'm wondering if a jobber could get a camera on one of those speed shapes. I'm thinking maybe not. If a regular sprayout could be obtained, a knockoff color might be found. It's definitely not an old school green metallic.
