Looking for a shop in Florida

I have a 63 Chevy C10 project that I need help with. I am tackling the mechanics but I’m not sure when to find time for the bodywork. I unfortunately had to go back to work after retiring in 2021 due to the economy. I’m looking for driver quality or better. The truck is completely disassembled. Curious what options I have besides doing it myself. Thanks
