Matching Motobase

I have shot Motobase Frozen White over
Grey epoxy on the rest of the truck. The way it worked out I sprayed SPI orange and 2 coats of UC to seal it. Now I have the letters masked I want to shoot a coat of orange to seal the tape lines.

Now would you shoot the white over the orange or shoot a coat or 2 of reduced epoxy first? If so would you put epoxy over SPI base? My experience is this Motobase white covers AMAZINGLY well so I initially was not worried but after a few beers I’m getting worried.

How many coats of white are on the rest of the truck?

My thinking is that the Motobase will cover it fine. Think of the first coat as a sealer and see what it looks like.

Shoot the white over the orange. Spray as many coats as needed to get coverage. You don't want to go back with any sort of sealer on there now. My guess is it will take one extra coat of the Motobase white to get it to cover completely.
