My one SPI complaint

i reuse them to ship stuff out. when i get the boxes empty, i break them down & save em for later use. since most of the shipping boxes that come in here are the cheap, chinese caedboard, those double walled SPI boxes come in handy. also figure it gives Barry & the guys some free advertising if i send something across the country in an SPI box...

Ha, ha. This thread should be called: 101 ways to dispose of packing peanuts.
I liked the gasoline & peanuts formula - might be handy to have around.

i reuse the boxes they also make nice stands when airbrushing something...

My only complaint and its more of a suggestion, but I would love to have a list of the contents of each box on the side somewhere when I recieve multiple boxes! I placed a big order last week, had 4 boxes show up and I was doing a spot repair and needed some reducer. I had to go through all of the boxes to find the one with my reducer which brings back the peanut issue, lol

It would def help!! The fedX guy showed up while i was spraying.

But props on how fast it showed up.

SPI is my favorite company for shipping!!

I don't like the peanuts either, but a little box to deal with is nothing... A few years ago, while out to lunch with my buddy, I put some tobasco sauce in his tea. To pay me back he goes to the UPS store, gets two 40 lb bags of peanuts, and fills my mustang up from the floorboard to about six inches below the headliner! At least he and his wife came over to help me clean them out after I found it. But I still have one blow out from somewhere every so often if I ride with the windows down.

Back in 1981 i worked at a movie theater. Coworker filled my '65 Fairlane with real popcorn the same way.
I got even though. I parked next to his car and dumped it all around his car. Living in the coastal town of Charleston SC, the seagulls were a riot to watch pooping all over his car as they ravaged the popcorn all day long. There must have been a thousand seagulls attacking all the free food!
