Need help adjusting a gun

Hi there!

Judging from a picture below could you please recomend adjustment to my spray gun or technique?
I was playing with pressure, value and fan pattern but fail to get dissent result - it was this or runs.
The gun I was using is HF $50 kit with 1.8 tip with SPI 2K Primer.
Any tips will be greatly appreciated!

P.S. I had almost the same result with Sharpe FX3000 with 1.3 top and SPI Epoxy Primer.

First if you have a regulator at the wall, set as high as it will go, 120 min!!!!!!!
Make sure you have NO internal screen filter in your gun when you screw off the cup.
With the 1.8, screw fluid out 3 turns. fan out all the way and turn in 40%.
Air at gun with trigger pulled try 26 lbs.
Hold gun 6 Inches from panel!!!!!!

This should take car of it.

Either that or you are holding gun too far away, just go down the list and see if that don't make it work.
