Paint booth location

I'm purchasing a used building. It has a full dividing wall the runs side to side.
I want to make the front half the 'clean' side for assembly, finish, detail, customer impression.

I want the back half to be tear down, sanding, storage, etc.

Which side would YOU locate the paint booth?

Will it create overspray being tracked out/cleaned out and mess with my 'clean' side concept?

Is there a way you can partition one section off in the clean area for JUST the booth and a staging area in front of it?

This is one thing I hate about my shop is the paint booth is right in the mix of all the sanding and whatnot. So everytime you open the door to the booth something is getting in or you are pulling dirt/dust in because it is on you from being out in the shop.

BUT I have employees too, so if it is just you, then that might not be that big of a concern since you aren't going to be sanding and stirring up dust while you are spraying.
