Paint with GE Silicone in it?

There are intermediates used that are silicone derivatives, but they are paint safe, and dont pollute both, and usually add in small amounts from 1 lb to 7 lbs per 100 gallons of the batch.
You could add a silicone for a fake gloss, I would guess, but I never heard of that being done. Could have been done, I would guess but not in any books I have.
