Do you have the image hosted somewhere or do you need to upload it?
 
If you need to upload a photo here for hosting select go advanced in the reply section then select manage attachments, then add files, select the photo you want and upload it. Check the photo, Insert inline, done. There's probably a thread on it that explains it better.

They taste better than they look! Jaamal, get the picture uploaded and I'll delete the test photo I uploaded. I don't upload to often so I had to walk myself through it again.
