Tractor frame that I would like smooth. Should I skim it with filler or do 2k high build primer?

I would shoot two or three coats of Epoxy Primer and then when cured block sand it. If necessary shoot another coat or two and repeat.

Would like to see what others suggest.

Was it media blasted to clean out the pits? I’d do same as above, multiple applications of epoxy. Those don’t look all that deep.

Media blast, then skim it will filler then DA until the pits are gone, then epoxy. I've tried filling with epoxy but just too time consuming IMO.

I am with @MJM.... if I can feel it then filling it with high build or epoxy is painful... I would just swipe with USC Icing Glaze over epoxy and a quick DA and it is good to go.

I have the same issue. I've had it sand blasted then shot it with epoxy primer. Seeing all the pits really bothered me so I am going to hit it slightly with a wire brush, fill the pits, sand, then shoot it one more time with epoxy.
