Polishing help

Looking for procedure and materials needed to hopefully bring back the shine on a 2010 Malibu. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

That paint is dead, from what I can see. It needs to be stripped. Unless a clearer photo reveals more, you've got a problem. Maybe it has a cheap repaint on it.

No coming back from that sorry. Clear coat doesn't polish out like oxidized enamels and lacquers of old. Once it goes it's finished.
