PPG DCC (Concept) over UC

Camaro Nut
After I finish spraying some front end sheet metal on my Camaro and before I apply the black nose stripe on top, can PPG single stage DCC black be sprayed over Universal Clear that is a day or two old (air dry) without scuffing? Is cross linking possible or would it be better to scuff the area.

Scuff are with a gray scuff pad and it will be fine, really should not need sanding but to many factors involved and I would not gamble.
