Planned on putting 3 coats on but one side of the bed is cloudy. Fuel door tailgate and other side of bed are fine. Is it alright to keep clearing? I'm guessing cut and buff and some sun will fix the issue? I don't want to keep stacking clear if its better to just reclear later. Not sure what humidity is but it's 84 in booth. I'm using slow hardener

Well it's way too late to help you now. I hope you put at least one more coat on because if a repair is necessary, sanding a single coat of clear will be asking for problems.

I did end up putting the 3 coats on and it appears to be caused by air movement in the homemade booth.... I have noticed some cloudiness here and there after clearing but never was a problem the next day so didn't think much of it. After i turned the fan off the cloudiness went away. Soon as i turned it back on the cloudiness came back. No idea what's going on but the clear is clear now and that's all i care about

Maybe cloudy is the wrong way to describe it. It was clear with a sun gun but it had a satin finish to it, no gloss

Did you shoot it as a "tack" (light) coat or did you dump it on (as you should), like a second or third coat?

No tack coat, it kept that satin look throughout all the coats. Didn't go away until i shut the fan off

How long did you wait in between each of the 3 coats of clear?

That changes things. Not moisture.

SPI (Barry) says to always turn the booth fan off immediately after the overspray clears the area. Ideally you want to do that between coats as well. Fan is probably causing it to flash off too fast on the surface, causing dieback/trapped solvents so you get the blushing you are seeing. You probably have pretty good airflow in your homemade booth.
So in the future, spray your first coat of clear, let the booth clear, turn off the fan. Turn it on when you spray your 2nd coat, turn off when finished and booth clears. Subsequent coats do the same. And turn off as soon as the booth clears when finished.

Also, did you reduce your clear by any chance? If so what brand reducer and what speed?

Definitely no moisture, have a 7.5 hp screwdrive compressor with a refrigerator dryer, 30' of 1" copper after it and then a water trap and filter to 3/4" PVC (previous guy set the shop up with it) and then a m-60 filter in the booth. Unfortunately this motor is not adjustable so we cant put a rheostat on it, that was the original plan. Someday will be putting an adjustable motor in their to be able to bring the fan way down between coats. Don't necessarily like the idea of killing it between coats as i don't want trash falling into it. No reducer and no die back issues, i am beyond impressed with SPI products to say the least. I do kill the fan after last coat just not as fast as the tech sheet says. Again, no issues and clear looks excellent the next day, I'll start killing the fan sooner after last coat to ensure i never have an issue.

Don't mind all the crap piled up. Pulls from 4 spots across the "booth" into center squirrel cage

I am going to guess you have considerable negative pressure in that booth with the fan running and you are “boiling off” the clear solvents. Maybe increase the amount of intake air.
