Recoat window for 2K turbo primer

I'm using 2K turbo primer. I messed up and didn't mix enough for 2 coats, only 1 coat. It is mixed 1:1:1. I sprayed it tonight at 6 PM but it will probably be 24 hours before I can spray more on. Do I Have to sand it first or can I simply spray more on? Shop is about 60 - 65 degrees.

I use Turbo primer every day in my shop and I would give it a quick sand just to be sure or even block it but Barry or others will know the correct answer.
 
Yes, it was a typo. It was mixed 4:1:1
The 1 hour pot life messes me up. I'm afraid to mix enough for 2 coats as it might be over the one hour pot life before I get back to it. I thought I mixed enough but fell way short. Yesterday I just didn't have enough time to clean gun, clean mixing containers and then start mixing then spraying again. Plus I wouldn't of had enough thinner to clean the gun and containers again.
So now I must spend more time sanding so I can get back to where I was yesterday. More sanding then clean with waterborne W&G then of course sit around and do nothing for 45 minutes while it dries ... Then solvent base wipe down, mix and spray then clean up. Bam. The whole day is shot because I didn't mix enough yesterday. Happy, happy, joy , joy.
