Retrieving A Pillar Vaccum tubes

I have 2 rubber tubes running in the A Pillar that are tight.
I have hot work on the top of the pillar to complete .
Is there a way to lower them Say half way Then pull them back up. 1 is a sunroof drain and the other sunroof vaccuum with an OD of almost 3/4 in.
Access to the opposite ends of these tubes is not easy either.
Any experience with these.:lemo:
 
Thanks Shine A 14/2 would easily fit into both tubes and electrical tape the outer jacket to the drain and sunroof vacuum tube separately then I pull these down the pillar.
I would have a pair of 14/2 that may catch some heat but the copper wire would definitely not be exposed to a melting temp.
