Rust removal in a seam

Finally got the outer panel removed on my panel wagon. I was trying to clean the rust out of the seam from the inner panel by using my sand blaster but it wasn't getting down into the seam and it was making too big a mess.

Also tried to use a wire wheel but it wasn't working very well either.

Any suggestions?

I would blast it and not concern myself with the mess.. It cleans up!

Yep, sandblaster should get all that pretty easily.

Haven't had very much luck with my sand blaster. BUT, I see it needs a new nozzle. I'm going to get a spot blaster and try that.

I'd remove it and clean the gutter, make a new panel and install it properly.

I'm with Bob on this one. It would be worth the work. Then when Ken is cheating in the back with Skipper the panels won't fall out and he won't get busted.
