In dealing with some rust issues on some of my accessories (heater box, air cleaner,west coast mirrors) I have found the electrolysis is lifting the paint off (yeah!) and getting me down to bare metal very nicely. A bit of wire wheel and some sanding and it's ready.... or is it?
The question is the washing soda used in the electrolysis tank messing with my chemistry the same way soda blasting does?
