SPI= Awesome customer svc

Just wanted to say how much I appreciate the customer svc you guys provide and let anyone else know who doesnt already. I recently bought some bedliner and during shipment the pkg was damaged, big hole in the side of the box. I open it and the spray gun isnt there. I call SPI and didnt know what to expect, within 30 seconds they had another gun on its way. Its just so nice to deal with guys who know what good customer svc is. Most of the time these days I deal with such bad svc Ive come to expect it. You guys are the best and I will never buy from anybody else, and I tell anyone who will listen to go to you guys. Thanks again

Not sure who handled you but I would want it no other way!

We ship a lot UPS and freight lines and have very few problems with damage or lost items but you can be assured, if an order gets messed up, it bothers us as much as it does you, we take this personally and at that point the guys know, cost means nothing to me, just get it handled.
