SPI over HOK?

pardon my ignorance but can you spray the spi clear over house of kolor intercoat clear?

i have some art work on HOK intercoat clear and have HOK clear to go over that but after using the spi clear, i have to say i like it better than the HOK clear and would like to use it instead.
 
seriously??? i really thought i was dumb for even asking! glad i did ask!
