SPI Reducers

I just ordered some Pro Spray Base to color match my 56 Ford F-100. I wanted the stock color (meadow green, non metalic). Im going to use SPI Reducer for under 90 degree application. When I went to check out SPI Reducers, I found two options. Uerthane Grade Reducers and Urethane Grade Reducers 0-VOC.

What is the difference and how do I know which one is best suited for my application?
 
The difference is the 0- VOC Reducers are used in areas that are VOC regulated....... California, all of Canada and some other places that I can't remember right now.

If you live in an area where you can buy the 860-885 NON REGULATED reducers then I would go that route, they do perform better than the 0-VOC stuff.
 
Thanks Jorge. I suppose its just a matter of time until they are regulated everywhere.
