Any mac users notice that on the main website, all the tabs are missing for links to the products? Works fine with PC.

I'm using a macbook pro.
Post a link to the page you're having issues with and I'll take a look.

I have no issues at all. it may be that the browser you are using needs an update. I'm using Firefox, Safari and Camino ,on my mac, with no issues.

Is this the page?

i have a fairly new imac and am running lion with the newest version of safari. i get no buttons on the homepage at all

We are looking into this. For those with Safari issues, clear your cache memory and see if that fixes it.

I just use the OS (pc) my neighbor sells, has always worked good enough for me, I am lost with the safari, lion, chrome, talk, LOL.

andy, i have had no issues with lion. i think its awesome. i know a few other people with macs as well, one being a developer. none have any issues. i have seen people with a few complaints on forums and stuff but mostly its people crying over change. the changes they made i think are bad ass. btw, i cleared my cache and still no buttons.

Thanks Jim....it's not that Lion is problematic itself, it's just seems Lion and our homepage don't get along for some reason.

The problem has been isolated to the Lion OS. We will continue to look into this issue.

We think we have found a fix $$$ but of course it has to throw a wrench into some other things involved with the HTML code. That said, we're working through it.

andy, i doubt its really the lion or the computers operating system but rather the newest version of safari which if im not mistaken updates with it. im running safari 5.1. i tried firefox with lion and buttons show up. just for the hell of it i also tried it on IE which is running windows 7 in vm ware on my mac running lion

And you could be quite right. We bought some very recently updated menu software yesterday that should fix this. The only issue is by using this new menu software, it threw some other parts of the HTML out of whack in the process which needs to be addressed before we go live. Either way Brian is working on it.

fix

open Safari, open the Safari menu, open Preferences, click the Extensions button, check box to Install Updates Automatically. Close the box and open or refresh the webpage

Great!

what has been determined so far is it appears to be a combination of both Lion and Safari 5.1. The issue does not exist when running 5.1 on Snow Leopard, it also does not exist if Lion is installed in advanced mode and Safari is not upgraded. If the two are installed together, or if the machine shipped with Lion the menus do not work. I'm not sure what happens when Safari is upgraded after the Lion upgrade.

i checked and now have all the tabs as well. i also didin't make any changes whatsoever to anything. whatever you did its now compatable.
