Spraying Epoxy for the first time Please Approve my process

So I am a first time spi user. I spray ppg daily. I just had my vanagon syncro dustless blasted after having my beautiful paint job not adhere. The epoxy was ppg and it didn't bite to the 180 scratch that was recommended on the tech sheet. I could shatter the paint on edges and lift all layers of paint off. Spoke with Barry last week and he was awesome. Ordered epoxy and now its go time.

Moving forward I had the vehicle dustless blasted this past week and spent all weekend sanding the entire vehicle with 80 grit on a da. I did use a wire wheel and strip rolocs in tight areas. I m assuming that I need to go over all these wire wheels and roloc areas that I wire wheeled with some 80 by hand to give the areas more tooth. Im terrified to have another issue so I want to make sure all is done right. Heres my plan of action please let me know if this all sounds right.

Dustless Blasting
Da 80 Entire vehicle
Flood panels with 700 cleaner and wipe multiple times using two rags one to wipe on and one to wipe off
Set booth to achieve 75 degrees on vehicle panel also store spi epoxy and activator in booth to warm up
Do a final wipe down and allow vehicle to dry for 30 minutes prior to application of epoxy
Mix epoxy 1:1 using a paint stick to stir epoxy first add activator and let sit for 30 minutes prior to spraying
Apply epoxy with two wet coats with at least 30 minutes of flash in between
Keep vehicle in booth at 75 degrees for 8 hours.

I plan to wait 48 hours for epoxy to cure then swipe rage ultra filler directly over epoxy with no sanding. Ideally I plan to do as much filler work as I can in the 7 day window. After the 7 days I will scuff epoxy with 80-180 (not sure whats right after 7 days) before applying more filler. Once filler work is done I plan to spray two more coats of epoxy let sit overnight and follow up with a 2k primer.

Please let me know if Im missing anything or the process sounds flawed. Thanks I'm advance.

Attached are pics of the vehicle just before I finished the final sanding. Fiberglass top is not being painted or the sliding door track area as those areas were not epoxied before and have no adhesion issues. Vehicle is 80 from the driprail down.

Yes, make sure you sand with 80 grit where you have wire wheeled or used roloc as they seem to polish the area. I have forgotten before myself and paid the price when primer lifted only where I had used a roloc bristle disc to remove paint in some tight areas.

Process looks good but first thing to do be fore sanding with 80 grit is clean with 700, we don't want any contaminates embedded in the metal.
Other then that looks great.

And give the 700 plenty of time to flash off or you will get pin holes and beading of the epoxy on the metal. Several of us have made that mistake recently. Follow the instructions and give it a good hour before spraying.

Thanks gentleman . Barry after dustless blasting the surface was really rough. If I tried to wipe it down the towels would rip apart. They wouldnt even slide on surface. What do you recommend for initial wipe towel? Now that I've sanded with 80 should I wipe the surfaces until the towels are clean then sand again with 80?
