Tech Line

If in the last two weeks you have tried to call the tech line and not gotten through, it is because I have been on phone most of time, If you left a message, i called back in 10 minutes to 2 hours and i know a lot don't leave a message.

The cold has been everywhere and the calls vary from, shop will not get higher then 55 as its 10-20 below to If I'm lucky I can get the shop to 65-68.
The best one was today from Florida, "its freezing down here and paint area is about 68" I should have offered to come down and help out but I don't think that fast!

At some times i have been 6-8 messages behind, like today for about 5 hours, totally caught up about 6:30 tonight.
Just have patience with me, as you can be assured, I'm not on the golf course!
Sorry
Barry

Well I have not had the need to call recently, but I am sure I speak for everyone when I say THANK YOU for providing the support and services you offer for your products (and everyone else's for that matter).

I really appreciate the tech line, but I don't see how you can do it 24/7. I feel bad when I call for important but silly stuff that I can't find the answer to. For example I googled and search on this forum for an hour or so about how neutralizing baking soda. Thanks Barry for all the help.

If it weren't for Barry's tech I'd have been up sh$& creek a few times now...... And never short with ya and always explains the why's....

I don't know how the guy does it!! It can be quite the task talking that much on the phone. and I know a lot of the calls and questions have to be very similar. I get a fair amount of calls during the week but no where near the amount that I am sure Barry gets. Hats off to ya!!
