time between coats of 2k high build

I sprayed 2 coats of epoxy primer last Sunday and I plan on using red scotchbrite to rough up the epoxy alittle and spray 3 coats of SPI 2k high build tonight. How long should I wait after the first coat is sprayed before spraying the second and third? The epoxy went on great. Also how long should I wait before I start to block sand the high build? Any other tips or suggestions that might help me? thanks, Ricker
 
Just let each coat fully flash before putting on the next coat. You can sand in as little as 30 minutes depending on temp and humidity.

Above is according to the Tech manual.
 
After checking out the tech sheet and reading the perfect paint job I wasn't sure which to follow. I know that the perfect paint job says 2k primer not 2k high build I'm assuming that the flash times would be the same. Would it hurt or improve anything to wait the 30 min between coats of high build.
