Universal clear mixing mistake.

I realized I mixed universal clear 2-1 instead of 1-1 after I already sprayed it. How big of a problem is this going to be?

Give SPI a call and ask them if it will ever harden enough, but I've sprayed it 1:1 with reducer instead of activator. Per Barry's guidance I bought a bunch of rages and reducer and started wiping the whole car down till I got it all off including much of the basecoat. I suspect the clear will not fully harden for you which means you'll have to do the same unfortunately.

You have 2 options I far as I know, You can leave it as is, as it will cure enough if left in the sun for several days to at least be driven. But if you are doing this for a customer, or want it to be a long term nice finish, you will need to sand it off and start over. You can't put anything over it in an attempt to seal it, That will fail.

If it were me I would sand it off , rebase if needed and reclear. It may dry but probably never cure the way it needs to.
