Forgot to bring in a quart each of activator and uc for the winter. It got down to 28 or 30 several times in the shop. Is it any good?

Im sure its perfectly fine,,.Check the opened can of activator and make sure no little seeds in the bottom of the can. I suspect there wont be any and it will be absoultely fine.. If it hasnt been opened should not be an issue..

Personally I would not give it a second thought.. Thats just me, you want to ask Barry himself.. I would use it and never question it bro

i believe its temp changes that may produce condensation inside the can that would make it a problem. should be ok if cans sealed well... i bring all my paint into the house for the winter...

While we are on the topic, what is the approximate shelf life of universal clear and activator? It has never been opened and has been stored at a constant temperature.

i have opened and closed the same gallon for two years with no problems, activator good too!

The cold will not hurt the clear itself I would be more worried about the activator but most likely the activator is fine, inspect the activator real good when you open it, look for any white specks or snow flakes.

Stored at stable temp and activator unopened, should be good for years.

get an old ice box for your paint. i keep everything in ice boxes. keeps sandpaper flat. never gets cold even when temps are in the teens. shop will get to maybe 40 degrees but the boxes stay well above freezing.

An old icebox with a light bulb left on inside is also real good for keeping your welding rods
