Wet sanding black epoxy?

I sprayed black epoxy in my engine compartment on my 65 mustang. I plan on leaving it this way as a top coat. Is it possible for me to wet sand and buff it to make it smoother? Or will wet sanding ruin the low gloss look?
3 coats of high build primer after sanding...





This is after two coats of SPI Epoxy, Still wet in the pictures.

 
If it's not smooth enough, it's because it needs to be sprayed differently. Can't tell what the problem is from the pics, it looks acceptable on my computer monitor.

You can't sand and buff epoxy or any other "less than glossy" finish. It has to be done out of the gun. Sanding smooth and trying again is your only option if you don't like what you have now.
 
Thanks for the info, It looks pretty good I just had a few spots that I got overspray and I wanted to smooth them out. Overall I am very happy with it.
